Before any product return, you should contact the Customer Service department of our company either by calling our call center +30 2310 652 970 or by sending us an e-mail to our email address within 24 hours.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the customer wishes to return the products, he is fully responsible for both the shipping costs for the shipment of the order (in case of free shipping) and the costs for returning the products by post, courier or a transport company in the area of our company. It is pointed out that the responsibility for loss, damage or destruction of the products rests with the customer until they are received by the company.
